For the timepiece, the 39mm polished steel case completed by polished steel bezel, steel crown with raised polished Heuer shield, polished steel push-buttons and scratch-resistant sapphire caseback, is presented on a black leather strap that carries steel folding clasp with safety push-button and Heuer logo. Covered by a scratch-resistant “glassbox” sapphire crystal with double anti-reflective treatment, the silver dial with “sunray” effect is distinguished by printed vintage Heuer logo, a date window at 6 o’clock, and 2 anthracite counters: minute chronograph counter at 9 o’clock and running second counter at 3 o’clock. In addition, the polished and faceted indexes, hour and minute hands are all coated with luminescent mmaterials, which are highly readable even in the dark. Also, the instrument is water resistant to 100 meters.
